John Hussey, Principal
John is the lead partner on all HB Build projects. He is responsible for the day-to-day collaboration with property owners to ensure both that their needs are being addressed and that project deliverables are achieved, including schedule, cost, quality and safety. He liaises between the preconstruction effort and the on-site construction team to optimize efficient and transparent communication. Upon completion of preconstruction and during construction, John leads the on-site construction team in all areas to manage timelines and budgets.
John is an avid surfer, photographer and mountain biker.
Wayne Picard, Principal
Wayne has direct responsibility for overall project management, safety, quality of workmanship, scheduling and budgets. He initiates, coordinates and supervises all field operations, from the beginning of the project thru completion.
Wayne enjoys running, golf and fishing in his spare time.
